Dr Deidre Palmer asks all Presbytery/Synod meeting attendees to bring two hard copy photographs which show signs of hope in a ministry context AND to email firstname.lastname@example.org high resolution pictures as a jpeg attachment, or post photographs to the Presbytery and Synod office before 25 October. The photos will be exchanged with Presbytery and Synod meeting participants to provide for discussion and prayer throughout the course of the three days.

On Wednesday 13 November 7.30pm in Room S1, Adelaide College of Divinity, Dr Tom Calma, AO, Co-chair of Reconciliation Australia will discuss a range of issues that impact on First Australians realising their full potential including Reconciliation, Recognition, Justice Reinvestment and Health. Dr Calma has formerly served as the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner and the Race Discrimination Commissioner. He is currently Co-Chair of Reconciliation Australia, Co-Chair of the Close the Gap Coalition and National Coordinator for Tackling Indigenous Smoking. There will be time for conversation and sharing of insights.
