Do you work or volunteer in food handling?
Learn how to handle food safely in accordance with health regulations for sausage sizzles, sports canteens and fundraising, or anyone who works or volunteers in food handling. Skills and knowledge will be taught in areas of Food Hygiene Legislation, Food Poisoning Organisms, and Personal Hygiene.
The FREE course will be held Friday April 4 at the Coromandel Community Centre from 12.30 to 3.30pm. Afternoon Tea is provided but bookings are essential.
