Despite this strange and disrupted year our Wrap with Love volunteers have kept their fingers busy and we have completed 77 wraps. Most of our wraps have been given to local organisations, with most of them going to the homeless in Adelaide. I know they have been gratefully received. What a privilege to keep someone warm on a cold night.
27 of our Wraps went to “Our Street family matters”,
21 were given to the Adelaide Aged Homeless Assistance Programme,
10 were passed on to the Adelaide Day Centre
(again supporting the homeless),
4 went with St John’s Grammar School project to the APY lands,
15 The final 15 are waiting to be, hopefully sent to the Sydney WWL Warehouse early next year.
Thanks to everyone for your knitting, sewing, crocheting or donations of wool to keep Wrap With Love being able to provide warm wraps for those in need.
Christmas Blessings to you all.
