After Easter the friends of Jesus had to find a way forward into a very different future. In Acts chapter 4, verses 32-35, we read of the way they cared for each other, sharing everything and making sure no-one was in need. Psalm 133 exclaims how wonderful it can be when people live together in peace and harmony. This is a challenge we still have today: how to live together, sharing, caring, making sure people are looked after, working together for the good of everyone, in a world where the individual is paramount and many of those who feel disenfranchised from society do not relate to the feelings and needs of others at all.
