The Belair, Blackwood, Eden Hills and Upper Sturt Churches, which are jointly responsible for the Blackwood manse, have agreed to a major upgrade of the very small and antiquated manse bathroom. Work has commenced and is expected to cost approximately $11,500. There are a number of other minor maintenance tasks which need to be completed before the manse can be reoccupied. The Blackwood Property Ministry is overseeing this work.
