The next meeting of the Book Club will be held at the home of Thelma and Rod Pike on February 21st, 2012 at 2pm. We will discuss the book That Deadman Dance, by Kim Scott, which won the Regional Winner 2011 Commonwealth Writer’s Prize. Told through the eyes of black and white, young and old, this is a story about a fledgling Western Australian community in the early 1800s known as the “friendly frontier.” All welcome.
