I am planning on setting up a display of knitted/crochet poppies in our front garden for Anzac Day as it is the Centenary of Gallipoli this year to brighten up the front of the church.

Also, the Blackwood RSL would like us to decorate the memorial out the front of the church.

If you are interested in knitting or crocheting a poppy or two, I have the pattern available in the front office and I have organised a workshop for Saturday, 14^th March from 10am to 2pm if you would like to come along.
