Through this Annual Community Survey, the Blackwood/Belair and District Community Association (BBDCA) seeks our community’s views on matters affecting the social, environmental and economic wellbeing of the community.

Your answers will assist the BBDCA to provide relevant feedback on these issues to Council and other planning and decision-making authorities throughout the year. It is important they are able to represent the community as much as possible.
