Did you know that the Community Classes also run a Bike Shed where a group of retired gentlemen get together every Wednesday morning at “The Shed” which is situated behind the Belair Uniting Church on Sheoak Road? Their primary activities include providing safe and roadworthy bikes to disadvantaged people and their secondary activities include recycling old and discarded bikes. The Shed welcomes new members, donations of bikes and financial support. Currently they have been asked to supply 50-60 bikes to new refugee families so if you have a bike sitting in the shed not being used, please consider donating it to The Shed where it will be put to good use.
