We are finding the need for extra helpers recurring more frequently as regulars go away or are ill, so we’d like to set up teams of people we can call on in the following areas: crafts – preparation of materials and/or supervision on the day; food – preparation of salads, help in the kitchen on the day, running the food craft with the children on the day; worship – music (instrumental or singing), preparing creative prayers, relief data projector operator; setting up – setting up tables and chairs for crafts and dinner, can be done after morning tea.
