- The Thursday afternoon chair-based Yoga & Meditation class has started very well. This is a great class for those wanting to do low impact exercise but have difficulty getting down or up from the floor. It also has a great element of meditation for those wanting a bit more quietness.
- Zumba has also started again after some time away last year, at the new time of 2.15pm on a Thursday afternoon.
You don’t need fancy feet or groovy hips for this class, just come along and get that body moving. Come join us!
