National Referendum Prayer Vigil
On Friday, 13th October, the Uniting Church National Assembly and all Synods are joining in a Prayer Vigil as we prepare for the Referendum. All are welcome to gather in person at Brougham Place Uniting Church at 5.45pm for a 6.00-7.00 pm Vigil (alternatively you can register for Zoom fellowship at the link below. The prayers will be reflective and creative, inviting a spirit of Dadirri or deep listening, as we pray over our fractured and hurting nation in solidarity with our First Nations’ brothers and sisters, uncles and aunties, and especially with Congress (UAICC). You can register to pray online with people from all over Australia between 1.30pm and 7.30pm (local South Australian time) or gather in person at Brougham Place to participate in the South Australian led part of this National Prayer Vigil . https://uniting.church/14-days-of-prayer-for-the-voice/
