Wanted! Enthusiastic support for our enthusiastic young people!
The youth group (commonly known as YAG) needs people to help with: driving, setting up and packing up, organising, leading or just being a calm adult influence. YAG meets every two weeks on a Friday night during school terms, and a roster will be formed so the load is distributed; the more people, the lighter the burden.

Unfortunately our dedicated YAG leaders have resigned this year; Heidi McNamara will be taking over the YAG and needs your support to keep this group going – it provides a wonderful, safe social outlet for some of the youth around our community. This will be a great way for further relationships to form between the YAG members and our congregation, and will enable this group and their connection with our church to continue. We may not see them on Sunday mornings, but they still call BUC “theirs”!

YAG activities vary throughout the year, some are high energy, some are not, so please also inform Heidi of your particular interests and availabilities. Know some young people who would be interested in joining (high school age category, loosely 12-18)?
