The AGM of the Congregation will be held on Sunday the 20th of November 2011 beginning with combined worship at 10am followed by the meeting and morning tea at 11am We would like to see as many as possible there to share in the service and then stay on for a time of hearing what’s been happening, what is hoped for in the future, and opportunity to ask questions. Elections will also be held.

Please bring a small plate of food to share.

Those people who are leaders of groups are asked to prepare a short report for this meeting.
