Last Friday night (April 27) the BUC Youth Group braved the cool weather and collected cans of food outside Foodland, reaching a total of 5 boxes of non-perishable items, including pasta, pancake mix, sugar and lots of beans. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and the food was donated to the food bank at Uniting Care Port Adelaide where the office staff were overwhelmed by the donation. We would like to thank all the family and friends who dropped in and donated food, and the youth group members for toughing the chill wind!
