Leaders, Secretaries and others requiring rooms in the Church complex for their activities and meetings during 2013 should by now have received a reminder letter and Room Booking Form. Please do not assume that a room will be available when you want it. The Church complex is used by many groups every week and to ensure everyone’s requirements are met you are encouraged to return your Group’s completed Booking Form as soon as possible and no later than Friday November 30.
