Dear members of the Congregation,

A Special Congregational Meeting will be held between the two morning church services on Sunday 9th December, 2012. It will commence at 10:20 am and conclude before the 11:00 am service.

The purpose of the meeting will be to consider a recommendation by the JNC (Joint Nominating Committee) in regard to filling our ministerial vacancy. The JNC is pleased (and excited!) to be in a position to announce a name for consideration at this meeting. I urge you to attend this important meeting in the life of the church.
