I write to advise you of the death of Maysie Oliver, much loved wife of Rev Ken Maher (deceased) and Dean Oliver (deceased), mother of Grahame (deceased), Susan and Steven and Nanna to Jessica, Chloe and Kate. She was the stepmother and friend to Jan, Di, Susan, Bronwyn and David and their partners and families. Maysie was a much loved member of the Dernancourt Uniting Church congregation and her funeral will take place there Friday January 17th at 10.30am. We give thanks to God for Maysie’s service to Christ and the church through her compassionate and caring ministry throughout her life. We offer our sympathy and prayers for God’s comfort and love for her extended family and the Dernancourt congregation.
