The walking group is on this Sunday!

The Walking Group will cover a portion of the Pioneer Women’s Trail from Bridgewater to Stirling. It will be between 1½ to 2 hours for 7 km depending on the pace we set. It is a fairly easy walk, with a few short bits of a moderate gradient.

We will need to arrange for some people to meet at each end to organise a shuttle system. So please contact Lyn Muller (0413 699 133), and/or Ray and Mary Bown, and we can coordinate the shuttles.

Most of us will need to meet at Stirling to leave some cars there. If needed for the less able, we could arrange a car to be left near the Stirling Golf Club which is about half way. The walk will start at the Bridgewater Mill (click for a map) and we could have coffee at Stirling afterwards.
