Randomised Coffee/Cuppa Trial
Blackwood Uniting Church has a diverse group of people involved in its community. If you would like to connect with others from our community you don’t normally get the chance to talk to, please take part in the “RCT” (Randomised Coffee/Cuppa Trial) to get to know one another, exchange ideas and share stories as a wonderful way for cross-pollination to occur across our Blackwood Uniting Church community.
Interested? Email Jane Bassham at webjeb@live.com.au or phone 8270 8442, and ask to be randomly connected with someone else from the Blackwood Uniting Church community.
How does it work? In the next six weeks, Jane Bassham will collects these requests and match people at random and tell you with whom you have been connected.
It is then up to you to get in touch with that person and organise a 30-minute chat over coffee. It need not be a coffee – it could be tea, lunch or dinner. What ever works best for you both. And that’s it! You will then know someone new, or someone a little better from our community than you did before, which is a great strength of being part of a community.
