As most of you are aware our Craft Fair is on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th November this year, which is not too far away. Once again, I am desperately looking for helpers in the following areas:-

• Food Donations (list on wall near kitchen and on Community Classes noticeboard)
• Raffle Donations
• Kitchen Helpers – our Head of Kitchen, Sue Zilm, has broken her leg so we will definitely need lots of helpers in the kitchen.
• Exhibition Helpers
• Front Door & Raffle Ticket Sellers
• Furniture set up & pack up
• Donations for Cake Stall (please see Janet Paull) – BAKERS NEEDED! – all proceeds to ‘Network’ Mission project – water project in the Philippines.

If you can spare an hour or two on either day or can donate something I would be very grateful. The lists for putting your names down are on the Community Classes Noticeboard. Thanking you in anticipation – Jacqui.
