A Voice in the Wilderness: Listening to the Statement from the Heart
Please see below an invitation to join with other churches in a Lenten study located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. This is a good opportunity for local UCA members to meet with others in listening to the Cry from the Heart.

A Voice in the Wilderness: Listening to the Statement from the Heart.
“Listening is an important, if not dying art form. Being able to hear the voice of the other is deeply challenging”.
This year several churches in the Unley region have planned to listen to the “Voice in the Wilderness” by reading a recent publication produced by the Anglican Board of Mission. Members, neighbours, friends and others from across the metropolitan area are invited to join in. Initially four groups will meet for four sessions beginning the first week in Lent following Sunday 21st February. The book has eight sessions and groups can decide whether they want to continue after Easter to complete the study.
The book of over 100 pages is an art form in itself and hard copies can be ordered from ABM for around $20 including postage. You can also download the study from the Anglican Board of Mission web site for use on your laptop or iPad at no cost https://www.abmission.org/resources.php/163/a-voice-in-the-wilderness
Group coordinators can be contacted regarding access to the publication and meeting arrangements including the safe use of space to meet Covid requirements. Let the coordinator know your intention to attend as we expect groups of about 12 to 15 to be made up from diverse church traditions.
Three groups will be meet on Tuesday morning, afternoon and evening. One group will meet on Thursday morning.
