There is a great opportunity for a PCW at a large inner-city school at URRBRAE AGRICULTURAL HIGH.

Urrbrae Ag is the only special interest agricultural high school in South Australia, yet it’s only a 15-minute drive south of Adelaide’s CBD (and 25 minutes from Mount Barker).

The school now has well over 1000 students with the addition of Year 7s this year, and is a thriving community that welcomes its Pastoral Care Worker.

The school has had a PCW from SMG for 25 years and adds significantly to the hours available for the role which rounds out to 25 hours per week.

As you know, Pastoral Care Workers are Christians who’re connected to a church community and who’re ready to outwork the following:

• Support the school in its aim to be a safe and supportive learning environment;
• Support the wellbeing of students, staff and families;
• Link families to community resources and services.

Here’s an overview of the position:

URRBRAE AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL (Netherby, Adelaide)

• Hours: 25 per week
• Students: 1000+
• Closing Date – Monday, March 28th, 2022 at 9am
• Interviews – Wednesday, April 6^th, 2022 from 9am at the school.

The positions ideally starts in Week 1, Term 2, 2022.
