We would like to welcome Kirsten to the Blackwood Uniting Church who is offering Craniosacral massage to all the members of the BUC as well as attendees of the community classes. As a local, fully qualified physiotherapist, it is a lovely way for Kirsten to give back to her community. She will predominantly be working here during the school term time, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from the 27^th of July 2022.

Hi! My name is Kirsten and I’m a physiotherapist.

 These past 2 years have been very unusual, and at times very challenging for many of us, so I’ve decided I’d like to give something back to our amazing, resilient community. Over the next few months, I will be offering craniosacral therapy sessions at the church on Wednesdays and Thursdays. These will be 30 mins long and I’ll just be asking for a small donation of about $10 to help cover costs.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapy using light touch. It can be performed through clothing and may be beneficial for a variety of issues, aiming to assist in the release of restrictions and tension in the body.
