In July last year, as a congregation, we chose to support the Oodnadatta faith community through a retiring offering on their path towards the fit out of their planned new church.

In August, Rod Pike suggested we could potentially build a lectern for them. 3 weeks ago this project was completed, and the lectern was unveiled during the service.

We again acknowledge the fantastic work done by the group shown below, for their combined efforts to get this job done. Even though not in the photo, we also acknowledge the generous gift of the Blackwood plank donated by Chris Breaden, which formed the front of the lectern.
