An uplifting service for the dedication of the PCW’s in our local schools was held last Tuesday at St John’s Anglican Church, Coro Valley . The Mitcham Hills Inter Church Council organizes this service once a year and Bev Eccleston and Carys Penny were able to hear about the inspiring work of these seven dedicated Christians workers.

Some of the stories they told of children and parents suffering grief or seeking to know more about God were moving and inspiring.  Sarah Walding, at Belair School, has been there for 20 years and is still highly motivated and enjoying her work.

Jenni Forder at Coromandel P.S. has a well trained dog who is a help when children need comfort and something to pet. She has worked at the school for 8 years and has an innovative approach to staff.

The PCW’s give so much and we are privileged to support them through our churches of this area.
