At Messy Church in August, we looked at and experienced Faithfulness, as in the quality of something to remain true to the original, which is another Fruit of the Spirit, from Galatians 5:22-23.

We built a track for toy cars, and made some boats with sponges, made some jewellery and saw a visual example of laws of energy remaining faithful. We also learned Auslan signs for the Fruits to go with our song.

Our next Messy Church is on September 24, an unusual date, due to Father’s Day and school holidays. The theme for the session will be Gentleness, and we’ll finally smash those pinatas that we’ve been working on!
