A bike recently donated to the bike shed was identified as something actually quite special.  David Montesi who has an eye for good bikes looked at the 1994 Europa All terrain Bike (ATB) and knew that it would be a head turner so armed with tooth brushes and soapy water (and degreaser and CLR and soft cloths and everything else in the cupboard)  we set about giving it a super deep clean.  Yes, the bike was magnificent and yes, we did want to share it around.

As all of you know our primary function is to give to charity where we can but a Show and Shine in the push bike world saw us take this unrestored but beautiful bike out for entering for judging.  We took first place (against 10 others) in the category of ATB and third place overall in People’s Choice (over 100 bikes). A fantastic day for team bike shed and a really big thank you to the family that donated this along with a few other unwanted bikes.
