You may also like to join with Uncle Allen, and Mark & Anne Hewitt and family at Colebrook Reconciliation site from 6.10-6.30pm to ‘be’ with the Great Cloud of Witnesses as Anne enters together into this Country as part of the community at Blackwood Uniting Church.
We take great pleasure in inviting you to join us for the induction of our new Minister, The Rev. Anne Hewitt, at the Blackwood Uniting Church on January 16th, 2025.
Anne joins us after working most recently as the Executive Officer of Churches Together, the ecumenical arm of the churches in SA. She is thoroughly committed to engaging with the wider local society in keeping with the Blackwood Uniting Church’s ongoing reputation and commitment to serve our local community.
She has worked in a variety of placements which include congregations, chaplaincy in Aged Care as well as with the Presbytery Of Southern SA as its Presbytery Minister. Additionally, she spent several years as a teacher at Annesley College.
Following the service a light supper will be served.
