We are discussing the book Remarkable Creatures by Tracy Chevalier.

It details the lives of two female fossil collectors in Victorian times, and shows how these fossils challenged the current religious beliefs. It introduces the woman about whom the verse “she sells seashells by the sea shore” was written.
