BBDCA’s* next public meeting on Monday May 26 at Belair Uniting to listen to Ron Bellchambers (No Dams) and Howard Lacy (Director Engineering and Horticulture, Mitcham City Council) explain the current situation in regard to Brownhill Creek and Flood mitigation.

Since the original proposal in 2006 to build one or two dams in Brownhill Creek and the BBDCA and Mitcham City Council have opposed this, fighting to prevent this proposal from proceeding. You are all welcome to join us at 7.30pm for an update and an evening of discussion.
