Each year the Blackwood/Belair & District Community Association conducts a survey of topics that are of concern in our community. The BBDCA then responds to various issues that come up with submissions to Mitcham City Council, state and federal bodies; we use the data and comments from the returned surveys to inform how we can best do this.

The more responses we get, the better informed we are. You can remain anonymous or include your contact details if you would like the results of the survey sent to you later. Please complete your survey before 31 May 2017. Thank you, in advance, for taking part. (These are the same as the paper ones some of you will have received already.)
