You may have noticed a few boxes and collection of items around the building in the last few months.  Did you know that we are collection point for the following goods:-

• Stamps & Stamp Albums – box located in the foyer (they are collected by Sammy Stamps at the Uniting Church raising money for various Uniting Church activities and groups).
• Batteries & Light Globes – box located in front office (they are recycled by one of my volunteers)
• Bottle Tops – Leave bag in front office (they are recycled into prosthetic limbs)
• Bread Tags – Leave bag in front office (they are also recycled)
• Beanies, Scarves & Rugs (Knitted or crocheted) – Leave in front office – they are donated to either Hutt Street homeless shelter or sent to remote Aboriginal communities via the Uniting Church Packing Days.
• Knitted Squares – Leave in front office – they are collected by Wrap with Love and made into rugs for various charitable organisations.
• Share the Dignity (Women’s sanitary products) – During March there will be a collection box in the foyer for all women’s sanitary products which will then be collected by this wonderful charity.
