Several maintenance tasks have been carried out on the premises over the January break, principally (but not solely) at the Epiphany working bee.

These include –

• Small tables sanded and varnished
• Outside windows cleaned
• Red chairs cleaned and broken caps replaced where necessary
• The third and final cupboard on wheels in the Dene Room sanded back
  and varnished
• Blocked downpipe cleared
• Several touch up painting chores (including some downpipes)
• Stash of glass jars in the Kitchen cleaned out and distributed – members of
  the congregation are asked not to leave any further empty jars in the Kitchen
• Car park cleaned up
• Manse tree overhanging the car park trimmed back
• The blackout boards for the Chapel windows painted
• Candle grease removed from the Chapel carpet
• Dene Room carpet cleaned
• The star put up and brought down
