Blackwood Uniting Church has been asked to supply lunch on a monthly basis for refugees who are attending English lessons at the Centre. Our next date is Thursday 7th July, and I am looking for helpers to assist on the day to make soup, cake or biscuits. We will also provide salad and fruit.

 Thanks to the generous donations received, we will be able to purchase these ingredients. We will again be using the rolls supplied by Woolworths. Our future dates are Thursday 4th August and Thursday 1st September.

 Last week we took down all the donations that were at the Church.  They were  gratefully appreciated. As refugees are arriving every few weeks, we are asking for donations of clothing, linen etc to be left at the Church.
