Mainly music has been happening in this church for 11 years and numbers fluctuate but are now on the rise. We have several families who have ethnic backgrounds and they have been warmly welcomed as are all parents and grandparents.

The children enjoy hiding under the lycra while pretending to be worms or using colourful pom poms while marching, skipping and walking in a circle. Some of the songs each week are God focussed and the program is organized to encourage learning on many levels.

There is a very short talk time giving carers something to think about and Michael Dowling comes frequently offering words of wisdom and challenge.

The parents socialize with each other and the team members over morning tea, having a well-earned rest from their children, who are enjoying a supervised playtime in the Dene Hall and outside.

There are four celebration days each year when presents are given and craft activities organized.

Team members attend a meeting a term to learn and encourage each other to continue this outreach ministry. Anyone is welcome to visit and join us for morning tea. Thank you to members of this congregation who make delicious cakes for the group each week.
