MINISTERIAL ARRANGEMENTS
Originally, I was to be the supply minister from this week until November 12 when Michael returns. Unfortunately, I had an accident in London which resulted in a severe injury to my right shoulder and for which I had surgery on October 9. This has meant that I can’t drive for a time. My surgeon tells me that I can still preach. I will continue to be involved in the services from October 22 until, and including, November 12 but I will not be in the office.
Any emergency will not stop me being on the end of the telephone and if a funeral should occur, I can still manage that as Gaye is willing to act as a chauffeur.
Blessings and my sincere thanks to Doug Hosking for being our supply minister for these past six weeks. He has been his usual warm, caring, thoughtful self and challenged us with his preaching.
