All of the church social service agencies have come together to host a
“Welcome to Asylum Seekers Picnic”
this Australia Day.

The Welcome to Asylum Seekers Picnic is an opportunity to meet asylum seekers and demonstrate that you want Australia to show compassion to those who sought refugee in our country. The event will be based around meeting asylum seekers and sharing a meal with them so don’t forget to bring a plate. The event is alcohol free.

Join us Sunday January 26 from 1-5pm at Kurangga Park (click link for a map, South Parklands between Pultney St & King William Rd).
