John Wesley’s advice, “Sing lustily and with good courage“. Beware of singing as if you were half dead, or half asleep!” is a guide to the UCA Historical Society’s music event. SA historian Dr Judith Raftery will introduce well-known hymns and discuss trends and changes over the years.

UCA SA Historical Society Events – As part of history month this free event will explore hymn singing in the traditions of Methodism, Congregationalism and Presbyterianism and recent trends in the Uniting Church in Australia.
