The Congregational Meeting will be held between the 2 services on June 2 commencing at 10am and finishing about 11.15am, remaining in the church while the 11am folk join us. The agenda and reports will be distributed using email and a few hard copies two weeks before. If you are a group leader or involved in one of the Community, Worship, Pastoral Care, or Mission and Justice groups, would you please give a half page maximum report on the future plans of your group? If you have a different heading send yours in with its own heading. Please email your reports to Riki in the office, Dave Smith (secretary of Congregation) and myself by Wednesday May 15.
